Please Donate to our Legal Fund. MOPOA strives to work out legal issues with the City, state and other governmental bodies through discussion and advocacy. If these efforts fail to get the result we need for our members to be able to run successful and profitable businesses, MOPOA needs to be able to initiate Legal procedures on behalf of our membership. This fund allows MOPOA to start or possibly pay entirely, for future legal fees when MOPOA stands up for Omaha Rental Property Owners rights.
