MOPOA February Meeting: Legislative Update with Former President Paul Vojchehoske
MOPOA’s February meeting will feature Former MOPOA President Paul Vojchehoske as the guest speaker for a critical legislative briefing. A growing number of newly introduced bills, along with a substantial bundle of carryover legislation, pose significant risks to property owners and housing providers, with many measures carrying serious negative impacts for the industry.
Paul will provide a clear, up-to-date overview of legislative activity this session and outline practical strategies members can use to help prevent harmful proposals from becoming law. He has also been actively educating not only the housing industry, but numerous other industries, on how real estate and landlord-tenant legislation will impact their operations, costs, and regulatory exposure.
He will also highlight two major legislative bills endorsed by SPOA, MOPOA, and REOMA: key measures designed to protect the industry from judicial and regulatory overreach.
