Joe Swanson is the director of collections for National Account Systems of Omaha LLC, which is a licensed collection agency headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. NAS offers free in-house consultation and analysis of any landlord's collections portfolio when determining the most effective debt collection plan for its customers. There is no cost to any landlord until NAS collects on that landlord's debt.
