We held our October Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, October 14th at 6:45pm at the Tangier Shrine, where we welcomed guest speaker Rodney Dahlquist from the Dornan Law Team. Mr. Dahlquist discussed the recent statutory changes to the Nebraska Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act (NURLTA), effective as of September 2025, and explained the potential impact these new laws would have on landlords. during the remaining time, he also engaged in an open Q&A session.
