My wife and I have been Rental property owners and managers for about 10 years. All of our properties are in Omaha. About five years ago I quit my full time job to manage our properties full time. About three years ago my wife quit her job to also help manage them. We love the freedom of setting our own schedule and the reward of our hard work and smart decisions. We travel most of the winter and work hard, but smart, the rest of the year. We will have a substantial legacy to hand down to our three children that never would have been possible without our real estate investments.
