Monthly Monday Night Meeting

For our August monthly meeting, Mike Matejka is an attorney with Ambassador Title Services and helps clients address real estate business legal issues. Mike’s experience includes real estate development, leasing, like–kind exchanges, and tax planning for real estate transactions. He will be speaking on 1031 Exchanges or also known as “Like-Kind Exchanges” -  a real estate investing tool that allows investors to swap out an investment property for another and defer capital gains or losses or capital gains tax that you otherwise would have to pay at the time of sale.
