Join us for our October's Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, October 14th at 6:45pm at the Tangier Shrine as we welcome a guest speaker from Dornan Law Team, Rodney Dahlquist.
Mr. Dahlquist will be discussing the recent statutory changes to Nebraska Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act or NURLTA, effective as of September 2025, and will be discussing the potential impact these new laws will have on landlords. If time remains, he will also engage in an open Q&A session.
Mr. Dahlquist provides legal counsel and representation to individuals and companies in a variety of business matters, including general advising, franchising operations, buying and selling businesses and real estate, and in-court representation. He represents a number of property owners and property managers related to landlord-tenant law, evictions, and general counsel issues.
