Join us for our October Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, October 13th at 6:45 PM at Tangier Shrine featuring Beth Andersen, Certified Residential Appraiser with Mitchell & Associates, Inc. With experience dating back to 1990, Beth has worked across both residential and commercial appraisal, including single-family and multi-family properties, raw land, industrial, office, motels, subdivision analysis, and feasibility studies. Beth will host an open Q&A forum, giving members the opportunity to ask their appraisal and property-value questions and learn directly from her extensive experience.
